Job summary

Davey Conveyancing is seeking a full-time Licensed Conveyancer to join our Erina-based team on the Central Coast. You will take ownership of residential conveyancing matters, from instruction through to settlement, delivering clear, practical guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Must hold current NSW Conveyancer Licence.
• Experience managing residential conveyancing matters.
• Comfortable using PEXA and client-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential sale and purchase matters from initial instructions to settlement.
• Prepare, review and advise on Contracts for Sale.
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, solicitors, conveyancers, brokers and financial institutions.
• Prepare for and facilitate PEXA settlements.
• Manage settlement and post-settlement requirements.
• Keep matters progressing and identify issues early.
• Provide clients with clear, practical guidance throughout their transaction.

We pride ourselves on providing clear, practical advice and a high level of service to our clients throughout the property buying and selling process.

As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and capable conveyancer who wants to join a strong team, take ownership of their work and build a long-term career with us.

Skills and experience

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a current NSW Conveyancer Licence
• Has experience managing residential conveyancing matters
• Is confident using PEXA
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Communicates clearly and confidently with clients and stakeholders
• Is organised and comfortable managing competing deadlines
• Takes ownership of their matters and follows things through
• Works well as part of a team
• Takes pride in providing a high level of client service

Experience using legal or conveyancing practice management software and DocuSign is ideal, but not essential.
