Job summary

St Francis Catholic College in Melton is seeking a Library Manager (POL 2) to lead the Alexandria Resource Centre at our Melton Campus. This full-time role focuses on fostering a vibrant reading culture, improving literacy and research skills, and supporting teaching with high-quality resources.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Education, VIT registration, and a commitment to Catholic education, with strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent required.
• Current Victorian registration or eligibility to teach may be needed.
• Experience leading library programs and literacy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Alexandria Resource Centre library at Melton Campus.
• Develop and manage library programs and resources.
• Support teaching and learning through print and digital collections.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive reading culture.
