Bayside City Council is seeking a Library Customer Service Officer to join the Sandringham - Hampton Libraries team, with potential to work at other Bayside Libraries.
You will deliver welcoming service, support access to collections, assist with children's programs, and help users with digital technologies.

Days & Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, totalling35 hours per week including rostered evenings and weekends
Competitive Salary: Band 3 $72,331.61 per annum + 12% superannuation
Location: Sandringham and Hampton Libraries, may be required to work at other Bayside Libraries

As a library customer service officer you will be responsible for ensuring that the library service is the centre of information in Bayside. You will be a member of the Sandringham - Hampton Libraries branch team but may be required to work at any of our 4 libraries.
This role is also part of our Library Children and Youth Services team providing weekly story time sessions to our youngest library users and their families. You will also provide innovative customer focused services to library users in a self-serve environment within the framework of current council and library policies and procedures.
