City of Moreton Bay is seeking a Library Branch Leader to drive contemporary library services and community engagement at a Strathpine branch. You will lead a high performing team, foster customer service excellence, and oversee day-to-day operations, collections and facilities to create an inclusive library space for the community.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to strategic planning, and support initiatives that elevate service delivery and community connections.

• Lead the delivery of contemporary, customer focused library services, programs and community engagement activities.

• Oversee branch operations, including collection management and a welcoming environment for customers and staff.
• Contribute to service planning, projects and future branch enhancements.
