Job summary

City of Moreton Bay is seeking a Library Officer for Burpengary and Woodford to support daily branch operations, deliver friendly customer service and contribute to programs that inspire learning and discovery.

You will mentor staff, provide reader advisory, and work with library systems to ensure access to resources while engaging with the local community. A Working with Children Check is required or obtainable within two months.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role.
• Comfort using a range of digital technologies and library systems.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain within two months.

• Support daily library branch operations and service delivery.
• Lead, coordinate and support library team members and staff development.
