City of Moreton Bay is seeking a Library Branch Leader in Strathpine to shape vibrant library experiences for our communities. You will lead customer focused services, programs and community engagement, building a high performing team and fostering a culture of service excellence.

You will manage branch operations, including collections and a welcoming, inclusive environment, while contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading public library services and programs.
• Strong community engagement skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience leading and supporting teams to create an inclusive workplace.
• Knowledge of library collection management and contemporary service practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of contemporary, customer focused library services, programs and community engagement activities.
• Develop and inspire a high performing team, fostering customer service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local community stakeholders to enhance service outcomes.
• Oversee branch operations, including collection management and maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Contribute to service planning, projects and continuous improvement initiatives for future branch enhancements.
