Job summary

Northern Beaches Council's Library is seeking a dynamic Library Assistant to join a customer-centric team. This full-time role supports seven-day service, helps run programs and exhibitions, and manages library collections.

You’ll work with a friendly community, contribute to learning and wellbeing, and participate in professional development opportunities and employee wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Undertake customer service duties to support the effective operation of library branches across a 7-day service.
• Prepare, facilitate and assist in the delivery of programs, events and exhibitions to support contemporary, community-focused and innovative library services.
• Undertake collection management tasks to support the provision of relevant and engaging collections.

Title: Library Assistant,Permanent - Full-time Role, 35hours per week

Salary Range: $67773.08 to $78763.34 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)
