Job summary

Northern Beaches Council's Libraries division is seeking a dynamic Library Assistant to provide friendly customer service across branches and contribute to lifelong learning and community wellbeing.

This permanent, full-time role offers a 35-hour work week and salary in the range of AUD 67,773.08 to AUD 78,763.34 per annum, plus super. The role supports programs, exhibitions and collection activities within a growing NSW library network.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties to support the operation of library branches across a 7-day service.
• Prepare, facilitate and assist in the delivery of programs, events and exhibitions to support contemporary, community-focused library services.
• Undertake collection management tasks to support the provision of relevant and engaging collections.
