Northern Beaches Council is hiring a Collections Officer in the Library Services division on a full-time basis. The role focuses on collecting, analyzing and reporting data to support evidence-based collection decisions across the library network.
You will contribute to ongoing improvements, undertake collection management activities and work with contemporary library systems to support lifelong learning and community wellbeing on the Northern Beaches of NSW.

Title: Collections Officer, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $83,230.76 to $96,726.78 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

We're looking for a qualified library and information professional who is digitally savvy, analytical and an excellent communicator. You'll be confident working with data, building relationships and coordinating collections-related projects and improvements. Experience in collection management is an advantage, but not essential. We welcome applications from library professionals with transferable skills and an interest in developing expertise in contemporary collection management.
