Job summary

Encore, a global event technologies company, is seeking a Level2 Technician in Adelaide to lead the installation, operation, and removal of AV equipment. You will join the senior production team and work hands-on with highly skilled technicians and managers.

You should have proven AV operations experience, familiarity with hybrid and virtual events, camera setups, lighting, and LED wall programming. The role rewards a full-time contract with competitive AU$79,500 plus super.

Qualifications

• Experience operating audio visual equipment.
• Experience with hybrid and virtual events.
• Camera operator skills preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Strong lighting abilities and LED wall setup.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Riggers ticket is highly regarded.
• Strong personal presentation.

The role

In this role you will provide leadership, coordination, and hands on delivery in the installation, operation, and removal of AV equipment. As a Level2 Technician you will form part of the senior production team working with the most qualified and respected AV technicians and managers.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated competency in operating audio visual equipment
• Experience with Hybrid and Virtual events
• Camera Operator skills (advantageous)
• Customer centric and excellent customer service skills;
• Strong lighting abilities and knowledge of GrandMA, Advanced seamless switching experience, Camera Setup, video and data networking, LED Wall setup and programming
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• High standard of personal presentation
• Riggers Ticket (highly regarded)
