Encore is a global event technologies company specialising in hybrid and in-person events. We seek a Level2 Technician to lead, coordinate, and deliver installation, operation and removal of AV equipment as part of our senior production team.

In this role you will support hybrid and in-person events, demonstrate strong customer service, and contribute to a high-performance environment. Full-time with competitive salary and benefits offered.

Competenze

• Demonstrated competency in operating audio visual equipment.
• Experience with Hybrid and Virtual events.
• Customer centric and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong lighting abilities and knowledge of GrandMA, Advanced seamless switching, Camera setup, video and data networking, LED wall setup and programming.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High standard of personal presentation.
• Riggers Ticket (highly regarded)

The role

In this role you will provide leadership, coordination, and hands on delivery in the installation, operation, and removal of AV equipment. As a Level2 Technician you will form part of the senior production team working with the most qualified and respected AV technicians and managers.
