Job summary

Encore Australia is seeking a Level2 AV Technician to lead the installation, operation, and removal of event AV equipment in hybrid and in-person setups. You will work with our senior production team to deliver seamless experiences for clients.

We value customer focus, strong communication, and the ability to perform under pressure. A professional presentation and a rigging ticket are advantageous, with a full-time role based in Adelaide.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency operating AV equipment.
• Experience with hybrid and virtual events.
• Customer centric with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong lighting abilities and knowledge of GrandMA; seamless switching; camera setup; video and data networking; LED wall setup and programming.
• Ability to work under pressure; strong communication skills; high standard of presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, operation, and removal of AV equipment as part of the senior production team.
• Provide leadership and coordination for event delivery.
• Collaborate with managers and AV technicians to ensure seamless event experiences.

The role

In this role you will provide leadership, coordination, and hands on delivery in the installation, operation, and removal of AV equipment. As a Level2 Technician you will form part of the senior production team working with the most qualified and respected AV technicians and managers.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated competency in operating audio visual equipment
• Experience with Hybrid and Virtual events
• Customer centric and excellent customer service skills;
• Strong lighting abilities and knowledge of GrandMA, Advanced seamless switching experience, Camera Setup, video and data networking, LED Wall setup and programming
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• High standard of personal presentation
• Riggers Ticket (highly regarded)
