Job summary
ENTAG is seeking a Level 2 ICT Support Engineer based in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, or Melbourne. You will deliver advanced technical support across Windows, macOS, networks, and Microsoft 365 within our Managed Services team.
You will mentor Level 1 Engineers, contribute to knowledge base, meet SLAs, and participate in on-call rosters with shifts 7:00am to 7:00pm. This full-time role offers a supportive, collaborative culture with hybrid and WFH options.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in technical support at Level 2 in a Managed Services environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with Fortinet, Meraki, Azure, and Intune preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for complex hardware, software, networking, cloud and M365 issues.
- Troubleshoot incidents to minimise downtime and customer impact.
- Mentor Level 1 Engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Assist with deployments, service improvements and project rollouts.
- Maintain accurate ticket notes and documentation.
