Job summary

BrokerReady, an IT managed services provider based on the Sunshine Coast, is hiring a Level 1 Technician in Buderim. You will handle day-to-day client support, troubleshoot endpoints and software over phone and email, and progress tickets to resolution with escalation when needed.

The role offers a clear path to Level 2, with opportunities to work on infrastructure, security, or automation as you grow. We support certifications and self-directed study to help you upskill.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months in an IT helpdesk or support role with remote troubleshooting
• Ability to explain technical subjects in plain English to non-technical users
• Strong interest in technology evidenced by a home lab, personal projects, or repairs
• Willingness to start early (6:30am) and commute to Buderim
• Australian work rights and a current driver's licence
• Certificate III or higher in IT is a bonus but not required; self-directed learning valued
