Job summary

Randstad is partnering with a financial services client in Sydney to recruit a Lending Support Specialist for a 6-month contract. The role provides critical operational support to credit and settlement teams during a period of high origination volumes.

You will perform income verification, ID/AML/KYC checks, and end-to-end administrative support across retail lending and settlement functions. There is flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekend rostered shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in financial services (retail lending, credit support, or settlements).
• Exposure to ID/AML verification, income assessment, or document verification.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime or occasional weekend rostered shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit support activities including income verification and ID/AML/KYC checks.
• Provide end-to-end administrative support across retail lending and settlement functions.
• Manage inbound introducer/broker inquiries and assist with workflow to meet SLAs.
• Identify and elevate fraud risks or compliance irregularities.
• Assist operations with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.
