Job summary

Randstad in Sydney is seeking a Lending Support Specialist for a 6-month contract to provide critical operational support to credit and settlement teams during high origination volumes.

The role requires experience in settlements or credit support within financial services, with flexibility for OT and weekend rostering; Biweekly pay with weekend rates applies.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in financial services (retail lending, credit support, or settlements).
• Exposure to ID/AML verification, income assessment, or document verification.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility: availability to work overtime or occasional weekend rostered shifts (Saturdays).
• Working Holiday Visa (WHV) holders with relevant international financial services experience are welcome to apply!

Lending Support Specialist | Operations & Settlements

• Location: Sydney
• Pay Rate: $40.00/hr + super + OT & weekend rates when applicable
• Work Type: Full-time | 6-Month Contract with potential to extend
• Must have flexibility to work OT or be rostered for Saturdays work (weekend rates apply)

About the Role:

Our client is a high-performing financial services organisation who is rapidly expanding their market footprint and seeking Lending Support Specialists for 6-month contracts in Sydney.

This role provides critical operational support to both credit and settlement teams during a period of high origination volumes. It is an ideal fit for someone with a background in settlements, credit support, or retail lending administration.
