Job summary

Randstad is partnering with a leading finance provider to source experienced Retail Credit Analysts for a 6-month contract based in Sydney. You will perform credit assessments on both consumer and commercial retail finance applications and conduct necessary verifications including AML/KYC.

Applications from those with DLA experience, NCCP knowledge, and strong communication skills are encouraged. Weekend and overtime availability may be required to support volumes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Credit Analyst.
• Experience operating under a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA).
• Solid understanding of NCCP and Responsible Lending frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive credit assessments on consumer and commercial retail finance applications.
• Conduct credit bureau checks, income verification, and AML/KYC due diligence.
• Recommend and approve loan decisions within the defined DLA.
• Build and maintain relationships with introducers and broker networks for mutual outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to NCCP, Responsible Lending, and company policy.
