Fresh Hope Communities seeks a Leisure and Lifestyle Lead in New South Wales to champion regular and ad-hoc activities that enhance residents' holistic wellbeing. You will coach staff to plan meaningful programs, connect volunteers, and tailor activities to individual preferences for quality-of-life improvements.

The role emphasizes collaborative leadership within a supportive team culture, meeting Aged Care Standards, and delivering person-centered activities in a residential care setting.

Competenze

• Relevant qualification and experience leading wellbeing/leisure & lifestyle approaches for patients or residents in a healthcare setting.
• Aptitude to learn and work within the framework of the Aged Care Standards.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage, coach and engage a team to perform at their best.
• A collaborative, emphatic, energetic and proactive with a can-do outgoing attitude.
• Adept at conflict resolution and able to find common ground within a range of stakeholders.
• Possess a current Criminal History Check suitable for aged care.

As our Leisure and Lifestyle Lead, you will champion regular and ad-hoc activities that enable residents to experience meaningful and holistic wellbeing tailored to them.

Your "coach like" approach will support the staff to plan activities and implement wellbeing initiatives that promotes their quality of life and that connects community groups and volunteers to the resident community. Our leadership team will empower you to get to really know our residents, understand what will make a difference and think outside the box to try something new and impactful.

About you

With a passion for supporting others to aged well, you will have:
