Fresh Hope Communities is seeking a dedicated Leisure and Lifestyle Lead for Green Hills Residential Care, East Maitland. In this full-time role (38 hours/week), you will develop and lead meaningful activities that enhance residents’ wellbeing and quality of life, drawing on a coach-like style to empower staff and volunteers.

You will collaborate across teams, connect with community groups and tailor programs to residents’ preferences, supporting a compassionate, inclusive living environment

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification and experience leading wellbeing/leisure & lifestyle approaches for patients or residents in a healthcare setting.
• Aptitude to learn and work within the framework of the Aged Care Standards.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage, coach and engage a team to perform at their best.
• A collaborative, emphatic, energetic and proactive with a can-do outgoing attitude.
• Adept at conflict resolution and able to find common ground within a range of stakeholders.
• Possess a current Criminal History Check suitable for aged care.

About you

With a passion for supporting others to aged well, you will have:
