Job summary

You will lead when a Leisure Facilities Leader is not on duty, supervise rostered staff, ensure facility safety and presentation, and respond to customer enquiries with professional service. Requires a Certificate III or IV in Fitness and strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Fitness.
• Role includes facility supervision responsibilities; open to applicants aged 18 years and over.

• Team-oriented, communicates effectively, and committed to safe, welcoming, well-presented facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight of leisure facilities when a Leisure Facilities Leader is not on duty, including supervising rostered staff.
• Ensure the safety, presentation, cleanliness and smooth operation of indoor and outdoor leisure facilities.
• Support customers through professional service, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
