Athlete2Business is seeking a motivated Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our client’s successful team in Sydney, focusing on headhunting elite legal professionals for top law firms and in-house departments.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and provide consultative market advice, while aiming to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in sales (recruitment experience highly regarded).
• Demonstratedhunter mentality with a proven track record in business development or headhunting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Proactively headhunt and engage lawyers across various practice areas
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial candidate approach to placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends and hiring strategies
• Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent delivery and satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed set targets and KPIs
