Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, and social media.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to job offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and offer insight on market trends and candidate availability.
• Drive business development efforts to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
