Job summary
Alcoa Australia is seeking a Paralegal & Legal Operations Coordinator to provide operational, administrative and paralegal support across legal, regulatory and governance matters. You will report to the Senior Legal Counsel and collaborate with legal professionals and business stakeholders to drive efficient delivery of services.

Qualifications
- Experience supporting legal operations, governance and records management.
- Experience coordinating litigation, regulatory, compliance processes.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows, deadlines and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate legal operations and paralegal support across litigation and disputes, including workers' compensation and HR matters.
- Support information requests, data privacy, ethics and regulatory tasks with accurate records.
- Provide legal support to Human Resources, Real Estate and Project teams, handling due diligence and document prep.
- Assist with company secretarial and governance tasks, maintain legal registers and boards docs.
- Manage matter and document management systems, invoicing, budgeting and reporting.
- Liaise with internal teams, external law firms and consultants to monitor workflows and risk.
