Draft, review and negotiate a range of agreements, including those with loan referral partners, funders, commercial partners and service providers

Draft and review standard contract templates and documentation across regulated and unregulated consumer and commercial lending

Support the investigation and management of potential regulatory breaches, including assessing reporting obligations, preparing breach notifications and advising on remediation

Prepare and support responses to borrower, investor and shareholder complaints, disputes and other legal matters

Review promotional, marketing and customer-facing materials to ensure they meet relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Support the General Counsel and Company Secretary with corporate governance matters, reporting and other stakeholder requirements

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Plenti, providing clear, commercially minded advice and helping teams make informed decisions
