  • Navigate complex regulatory matters: Advise across consumer credit, AML/CTF, competition and consumer law, franchising, real estate licensing, corporate, employment, intellectual property and related regulatory matters.
  • Support customer and regulatory matters: Provide legal guidance on complex customer complaints and support engagement with regulators, government agencies and industry bodies.
  • Protect customer and business information: Advise on privacy, confidentiality and the appropriate management and use of customer information.
  • Make legal support smarter: Help improve the Legal team's processes, templates and tools to make legal support more efficient and scalable.
  • Manage external counsel: Oversee external legal providers, including scope, quality and budget, while identifying opportunities to reduce external legal spend.
