SPG Lawyers on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced Property Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join our team full-time. You will handle residential and commercial conveyancing, leasing, and business acquisitions while supporting a client-focused practice.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in a property role, strong Queensland conveyancing knowledge, and excellent organisation, communication, and teamwork skills to manage priorities and deliver reliable service to long-standing clients.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Property Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a law firm.
• Strong Queensland conveyancing experience across residential and commercial matters.
• Experience assisting with business acquisitions and leasing would be advantageous.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
