Job summary

Transport for NSW's Sydney Metro is seeking a Legal Administrator on a temporary fixed-term full-time basis until 31/12/2028. Based in Sydney, NSW, this role supports high-volume legal services across a major infrastructure program.

You will deliver high-quality legal administration, maintain matter and document control, and provide diary management and executive support to the Chief Legal Counsel, coordinating priorities, meetings and deliverables while handling sensitive information with

• Demonstrated legal administration experience across matter management and document control.
• Experience with records management, procurement processes and business systems.
• Organised and collaborative professional able to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality legal administration supporting efficient legal services across a major transport infrastructure program.
• Maintain accurate legal matter, document control and reporting systems within a complex program delivery environment.
• Provide diary management and administrative support to the Chief Legal Counsel, coordinating priorities, meetings, approvals and key deliverables.
• Demonstrate experience in matter management, document control, records management, procurement processes and business systems.
• Be an organised and collaborative professional skilled at managing competing priorities, tight deadlines and sensitive information.
• Bring experience supporting complex infrastructure programs through effective planning, coordination, reporting and administrative control.
• Demonstrate accuracy, accountability and sound judgement when supporting senior legal leaders within a complex program environment.
