Job summary

Elders is seeking a Leasing Officer in Gladstone on a permanent full-time basis to support the Residential Property Management team. You will lease properties and provide essential administrative support to ensure a seamless client experience.

In this role you will manage tenancy applications, organise open homes and property viewings, and contribute to promotional activities such as field days and community events, while delivering top service and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Property Representative Licence (or ability to obtain one) required.
• Current driver’s licence is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Attention to detail and team player mindset.
