Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a driven Leasing Consultant to join our Inner West Sydney team. You’ll represent premium properties, conduct open homes, and manage applications while delivering exceptional landlord and tenant experiences.

You will build relationships, manage a busy calendar, and support the Property Management team with administrative duties. A certificate of registration, a current licence, and proven real estate experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must hold a certificate of registration.
• Experience in Real Estate preferred.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong organisational and customer service skills.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Energetic and passionate with registration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct open homes and private inspections for high-end properties across the Inner West.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants and landlords.
• Manage applications and source suitable tenants for clients.
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the leasing process.
• Manage your own calendar, appointments and daily schedule.
• Support the Property Management team with ad-hoc duties and administration.
• Work within a high-performing team that supports development and success.

The Candidate:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• NO experience will be considered if you are energetic, passionate & hold a current certificate of registration
