Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support a Senior Property Manager with leasing duties across a local portfolio of buildings. You will handle enquiries, conduct open homes, manage inspections, and prepare leases and packs in a busy real estate environment.

The role requires excellent communication, presentation skills, and a self-motivated mindset, with a view to stepping up in your career within a large agency network.

Qualifications

• Previous Real Estate experience preferred.
• Current Certificate of Registration.
• Own car and driver's license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Working amongst a growing team under one of the largest Real Estate Network of professionals, this is an office headed up by a Director with an honest approach and great reputation. The Role:

Monday – Saturday with time off during the week, we are looking for a Leasing Consultant to support a Senior Property Manager with their leasing (all properties are based in buildings close by!). With a dedicated administration for support, this is a role that will see you:

• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open for inspections
• Ingoing & outgoing inspections
• Diary Management
• Prepare properties for online advertising
• Lease sign ups
• Preparing leases and lease packs

The Candidates

• Previous Real Estate experience is ideal
• A current Certificate of Registration
• Own car and Drivers license
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Great presentational skills
• Be a motivated self-starter
• Looking to take the next step up in their career!
