Qualifications

• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence required.
• Experience in leasing or real estate preferred.
• Current driver’s licence required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, professional and client-focused attitude.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Ailo is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and open homes.
• Manage enquiries and follow up prospective tenants.
• Process applications and assist with tenant selection.
• Coordinate leasing and move-in processes.
• Build relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing journey.
• Support the Property Management team with day-to-day leasing tasks.
• Contribute to new business and portfolio growth.
