Job summary

ARCHER Canberra is seeking a proactive Property Manager to join our energetic Braddon team. You will own and manage a diverse residential portfolio, ensuring exceptional landlord and tenant service while driving performance and growth in a dynamic market.

You’ll coordinate inspections, arrears control, and maintenance while liaising with landlords, tenants, and tribunals. A current real estate licence and strong Office skills are required, with Ailo experience as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Collaborative spirit and positive attitude are essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Ailo is a bonus but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of residential properties.
• Manage arrears control and rental reviews.
• Serve as the main liaison for landlords and tenants.
• Prepare for and attend tribunals.
• Conduct routine and inbound/outbound inspections.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Grow portfolio and skills through new business training.
