Job summary

Core Advisory is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant/Leasing Manager to support its expanding property management portfolio across Melbourne's Western suburbs. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to tenants and landlords while managing the leasing process end-to-end.

Ideal candidates will have leasing or property management experience, a current Agent's Representative Certificate, a valid driver's licence, and strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, sales support, or strong customer service with an interest in real estate.
• A current Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• A reliable car and current driver's licence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections (onsite and virtual).
• Managing tenant enquiries across phone, email and online platforms.
• Coordinating and processing rental applications with support from virtual assistants.
• Launching and maintaining property listings and advertising.
• Completing entry and exit condition reports.
• Assisting with occasional routine inspections and property access when required.

A growing national property advisory and management business is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant / Leasing Manager to support its expanding property management portfolio across Melbourne's Western suburbs.

This privately owned firm provides strategic property advice, portfolio management and transactional support to a select client base, combining industry expertise with structured systems and strong operational support.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of leasing and delivering excellent service to both tenants and landlords.

The Role

This role will see you managing the leasing process from enquiry through to tenant move-in, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective tenants and property owners.

Key responsibilities include:
