Job summary

VicTrack is seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Coordinator to join the People & Culture team and drive initiatives for employee growth, leadership development, recognition, and inclusion. This role centers on coordinating capability programs and supporting organisational development across the workforce.

Working with Capability, Organisational Development and Inclusion specialists, you will help employees learn, connect and thrive while managing projects and learner administration,

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Training and Assessment, or a related discipline.
• A bachelor's degree will be highly regarded.
• Proven experience in a similar role, administration role or event coordination in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting projects, change initiatives or learning management systems will be highly regarded.
• A strong customer-focused approach with the ability to build effective working relationships and provide high-quality support to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Capability Programs and Projects including planning, tracking, budget monitoring, events coordination, and team communications.
• Support Learning and Leadership Development and organisational development initiatives through end-to-end coordination of programs, nominations, logistics, resources, venues, and learner administration.
• Manage systems, governance and vendor relationships (e.g., EAP) and ensure compliance with organisational and legislative requirements.
• Drive reporting, insights and continuous improvement, support organisational surveys, maintain Capability content and communications channels like the Intranet.
