Job summary

Auto & General in North Lakes, QLD, seeks a Learning Systems Administrator to manage the LMS and support learning services for employees. You will handle course creation, enrolments, sessions, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and governance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions, provide user support, and contribute to governance policies while assisting with RTO tasks. The role is hybrid with on-site presence at North Lakes and some remote days, offering development

• Assist with governance policies and procedures for learning.
• Generate standard LMS reports as required.
• Support system testing and configuration updates with the Learning Systems Consultant.
• Perform administrative tasks for the in-house RTO.

Purpose of the role

The Learning Systems Administrator plays a critical role within Auto & General's learning function, providing essential operational support for the Learning Management System (LMS). This position actively contributes to upholding learning governance and ensuring a seamless, efficient learning experience for all Auto & General employees.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders across all functions, the Learning Systems Administrator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing learning-related enquiries, and overseeing accurate reporting and record management to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Position Accountabilities

• Performing day-to-day management of the LMS and any associated platforms, including course creation, session setups, enrolments, and attendance marking.
• Providing first-line user support for LMS-related queries and technical issues.
• Maintaining accurate learning records and ensuring data integrity within the LMS.
• Assisting in the implementation and adherence to learning governance policies and procedures.
• Generating standard LMS reports as required.
• Supporting the Learning Systems Consultant in system testing and configuration updates.
• Performing administrative tasks for our enterprise Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

What experience you’ll bring

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in LMS administration and support (preferably with Docebo).
• Strong attention to detail for data entry, course setup, and record keeping.
• Good understanding of learning processes and user support.
• Basic reporting and data extraction skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Experience working for a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
