  • Lead as the technical SME - be the first port of call for complex system queries, issues, and strategic decisions
  • Drive continuous improvement - proactively identify gaps, challenge outdated processes, and lead implementation of solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
  • Build strategic relationships - partner with consultants, assessors, suppliers, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
  • Champion the end-user experience - design and deliver expert training, define best practices, and act on user feedback to continuously improve system usability
  • Own documentation - develop and maintain authoritative procedure guides and user manuals that set the standard for best practice
  • Manage risk proactively - identify vulnerabilities early, flag concerns promptly, and embed a risk‑aware culture across all system interactions
  • Govern user access - manage provisioning, permissions, and deprovisioning with rigour to maintain system integrity, compliance, and security
  • Lead change management - develop and execute change communications and adoption activities for system enhancements
  • Build capability - facilitate internal and external learning sessions that genuinely build confidence and competence in system users
The Skills That Matter
  • 2+ years in general insurance with working to in-depth knowledge of insurance practices, standards, regulation, and compliance
  • Proven ability to work autonomously at an expert level - managing complex priorities and navigating ambiguity without needing close direction

A track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast‑paced environment with exceptional attention to detail
