Job summary

Auto & General (A&G) seeks an in-office team member to support customers and repair partners, communicating progress and driving repairs to timely completion. You will identify issues, remove blockers and make decisions to keep repairs on track.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and curiosity to learn. This role is based at our North Lakes office with a supportive team environment.

Our customers never expect to have an accident. Your role is to provide stress relief and peace of mind to our customers when they need us most. You will work with repairers and customers, communicate the progress of repairs, and make decisions to get the car back on the road.

Location- This is an "in office" role, based at our North Lakes office
