Job summary

Mount Lilydale Mercy College in Croydon, VIC, is seeking passionate Learning Support Officers to join our Learning Diversity Team. You will work with teachers to help students overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and develop independence.

In 2026, our Learning Support Officer Team was named a Victorian finalist in the Australian Teacher Aide of the Year Awards — recognition of the professionalism, commitment and impact of our team.

We are looking for people who see Learning Support as a career in education, not simply a temporary role.

You will work alongside teachers and leaders to help students overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and develop independence. Your work will include:

• Collaborating with teachers and leaders to support diverse learners

Full-time is preferred, however part-time arrangements will be considered for the right applicants.
