Job summary

Qualifications

• Working with Children Check Clearance
• Mandatory training required by the Department of Education; willingness to undertake first aid training for the role
• Administration of Medications – training to be provided
• Health support training to be provided (subject to transition provisions)

Responsibilities

• Support students with identified diverse learning needs including disability in classrooms and learning environments under teacher direction to support educational outcomes.
• Provide student welfare, health and wellbeing support as required; may assist in pre-school, vision/hearing support, and bilingual streams/settings
