Charlton Christian College – Fassifern NSW is seeking caring Learning Support Assistants to join our Learning Support Teams. These roles involve providing 1:1, small group and in-class support for students across K–12, working with Teachers and Learning Support Coordinators.

Multiple vacancies commence in Term 1, 2027, with 4 days/week in Primary (K–6) and 3–5 days/week in Secondary (7–12) during term time. Applicants should indicate preference for primary or secondary and number of days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, small group and in‑class support in collaboration with teachers and Learning Support Coordinators.
• Assist with learning support needs for both primary (K–6) and secondary (7–12) students.
• Work 3–5 days per week during term time, with hours aligned to school timetables.
• Choose preference for primary or secondary streams and number of available days per week.

Charlton Christian College is seeking caring and committed Learning Support Assistants to join our Learning Support Teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic educators with a heart for helping students grow academically, socially, emotionally, and in their faith.

Our Assistants work closely with Teachers and Learning Support Coordinators. These positions assist with additional learning and support needs by delivering individual, small group and in-class support.

About the Roles

Multiple positions available for commencement in Term 1, 2027

4 days/week in Primary School (Years K–6)

Multiple opportunities in Secondary School (Years 7-12) - 3, 4 or 5 days per week during term time

Work is in school hours

Mix of 1:1, classroom, and small group student support

Applicants should indicate their preference for primary or secondary and maximum number of available workdays per week

The Successful Applicant Will Have:
