Qualifications

• Personal Christian faith and regular church attendance; support the College's Statement of Faith.
• Commitment to child safety in an educational setting.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and NESA-recognised teaching qualifications/accreditation.
• Ability to integrate a Christian perspective into curriculum and classroom practice.
• Demonstrated behavioural competencies: Working with People, Adhering to Principles and Values, Planning and Organising, Presenting and Communicating Information, Adapting and Responding to Change.

Responsibilities

• Teach across Years 7–12 in listed subject areas.
• Contribute to professional growth and career progression within the K–12 learning community.
• Deliver lessons that integrate a Christian perspective into curriculum and classroom practice.
• Support student wellbeing and create a safe, respectful learning environment.
