Charlton Christian College in Fassifern, Lake Macquarie, NSW, invites applications for Secondary Teachers across Years 7–12, commencing January 2027. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with appointments initially on a 12-month contract and potential for ongoing employment.

Qualifications

• Personal Christian faith and willingness to support College’s Statement of Faith.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• NESA-recognised teaching qualifications and accreditation (or provisional registration).
• Ability to integrate a Christian perspective into curriculum and classroom practice.
• Behavioural competencies: Working with People; Adhering to Principles and Values; Planning and Organising; Presenting and Communicating Information; Adapting and Responding to Change.

Responsibilities

• Teach across Years 7–12 in multiple subject areas as part of a growing K–12 community.
• Contribute to student learning and wellbeing in alignment with the College’s faith-based mission.
