Job summary

Haileybury Berwick Campus is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work across junior to senior school students, providing proactive student-centred support. The role involves adapting to diverse learning needs, maintaining confidential notes, and collaborating with teaching staff.

Applicants should have relevant education support qualifications (preferred) and strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with diverse learners or students with varying needs.
• Ability to adapt to multiple age groups across a multi-campus environment.
• Experience maintaining confidential student notes and progress records.

Responsibilities

• Identify students' learning needs and respond under guidance of Head of Individual Needs.
• Maintain weekly student notes and track progress in Teams.
• Support students with adjusted curriculum in collaboration with teachers.
• Build positive rapport with staff and students and foster collaboration.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.
• Support development of individualized learning plans and progress tracking.
