Job summary

The role involves working closely with teaching teams to support learners with SEND and additional learning needs, while fostering an inclusive and supportive college environment. Both full-time and part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant.
• Experience with SEND and additional learning needs.
• Approachable, patient and adaptable with diverse student needs.
• Able to work 1:1 and in small groups.

Responsibilities
