The Learning & Capability Adviser plays an important role in enabling the effective delivery of BDO Australia's national learning programs and supporting a consistent, high-quality learner experience. Sitting between operational coordination and strategic business partnering, the role provides practical advisory support, program ownership and learning expertise across workshops, virtual classrooms, leadership programs and professional-skills pathways. Working closely with the Learning & Capability Business Partners, Learning Operations & Experience, facilitators and vendors, the role helps translate program requirements into well-executed learning experiences.
