Job summary

Qualifications

• SC1: Demonstrated expert knowledge of the curriculum and ability to lead literacy and numeracy across the school.
• SC2: Ability to plan and implement high-impact teaching strategies that meet diverse student needs.
• SC3: Strong data literacy to monitor learning and drive improvement and feedback to students and parents.
• SC4: Exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills for collaboration with students, staff and community.
• SC5: Reflective practice and contribution to whole-school professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives aligned with the School Strategic Plan to improve learning outcomes.
• Build teacher capacity in curriculum design, assessment and evidence-based practice.
