Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Experience leading school improvement initiatives and teaching for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage whole-school improvement initiatives aligned with the school strategic plan.
• Coordinate and support staff through modelling, collaboration and coaching.
• Develop and implement professional development and individual/team development plans for teaching staff.
• Assess and refine curriculum programs to improve student outcomes.
• Lead policy development relating to teaching and learning within the school.
• Contribute to school council proposals and the school code of conduct.
