Job summary

The Catholic Archdiocese of Perth is seeking a Learning Innovation Manager to lead SCORM‑compliant e‑learning development, manage the LMS (Moodle preferred), and coordinate learning activities across the Archdiocese.

Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will ensure learning initiatives align with organisational priorities and Catholic values, while delivering impactful programs through strong stakeholder engagement and project management.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in learning design or related field.
• Proven experience in SCORM-compliant eLearning development.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop SCORM-compliant e-learning modules to support learning programs.
• Administer and coordinate the LMS, preferably Moodle.
• Coordinate learning activities across audiences and align initiatives with organisational priorities and Catholic values.
