Job summary

Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC) invites a Learning Experience Specialist to redesign onboarding, induction and capability development across the organisation. You will design engaging learning experiences, resources and tools, partnering with SMEs and managers to build confidence, capability and performance.

Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you’ll help create practical resources and pathways to support employee success from commencement through to strong role

Qualifications

• Experience designing learning, onboarding, induction or capability development resources and experiences.
• Strong content development, written communication and instructional design skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information into practical, user-friendly resources.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather information, test ideas and improve solutions.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Practical understanding of how adults learn in workplace environments.
• Attention to detail and high-quality learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging learning experiences, resources and support tools.
• Develop onboarding and induction materials that support new employee success.
• Create guides, templates, toolkits and activities for workplace learning.
• Review and enhance existing onboarding content.
• Support development of role-based capability pathways and resources.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather information and validate content.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of onboarding initiatives.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance learner experience and capability.
