Job summary

Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC) is seeking a Learning Experience Specialist to redesign onboarding and capability development. You will design engaging learning experiences, resources and tools that support employee success, working with SMEs, managers and stakeholders to turn ideas into practical solutions.

You’ll contribute to improving the employee journey, supporting performance from day one and driving organisational capability.

Qualifications

• Experience designing learning, onboarding or capability development resources.
• Strong content development and instructional design skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information into practical resources.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to refine content.

Responsibilities

• Design practical and engaging learning experiences, resources and tools.
• Develop onboarding and induction materials to support new staff.
• Create guides, templates, toolkits and activities for workplace learning.
• Review and enhance existing onboarding content.
• Support development of role-based capability pathways.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and validate content.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding and capability programs.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance learner experience and organisational capability.
